Recommended Use
Fall restriction during horizontal and vertical movement, fixed on a horizontal rigid line or single point, in work performed at height,
such as roofs, loading of trucks or vessels, maintenance of aircraft and large vehicles that require a short distance
between the work location and the anchorage point (less than 2.5 m).
Stress Indicator
The swivel that connects the ABS to the connection hook has a green indicator, showing the system has not undergone any impact. When a fall occurs, the green stress indicator disappears and another red indicator, located at the same Swivel / Double Lock Hook junction, will signal that the equipment should be sent to the manufacturer for repair.
Recommendations
• Do not alter or use the fall arrester for another purpose.
ATTENTION: send to the manufacturer for possible repairs after a fall.
• The equipment can only be used if all components are functioning correctly;
• The retractable line strap must always be tensioned;
• Intended for a single user;
• The connectors must ALWAYS BE CLOSED and LOCKED;
• Always consider that the personal fall protection system is designed so that the impact force transmitted to the worker is always less than 6 kN;
• Never disconnect from the structure;
• The fall arrester components cannot be replaced by others and can only be opened by the manufacturer or an authorized technician;
• Periodically inspect your PPE;
• Always double your fall protection systems;
• In case of any type of damage, the product must be discarded;
• Send the product to the manufacturer in case of a fall or violent impact, abrasion wear, color change.
