• The stirrup is sewn into the carrying bag and has an extra strap handle for system opening;

• The quick-connect connector can be easily attached to the equipment holder ring of the belt;

• A 5 mm red cord or “pet” sewn into the carrying bag of the device should be tied to the equipment holder using a “lanyard” knot to prevent it from falling or being lost. - In case of a fall, the worker should connect the Selfie to the chest anchorage point of the belt and pull the red strap handle forward to open the stirrup.

• Next, the worker should place their feet on the stirrup pedals in a more comfortable position.

• It is recommended that the victim moves their legs while waiting for rescue: contracting the leg muscles facilitates blood circulation and reduces the risk of suspension trauma.
