Nylon 6 Sheave
Nylon 6.0 is a thermoplastic obtained from polyamide 6, whose excellent mechanical,
electrical, and thermal properties allow for a wide range of applications in various sectors
of the mechanical, electrical, and chemical industries. Its substitution for metals as
structural and/or construction materials is advantageous as it considers lightness, low friction
coefficient, electrical insulation, and good resistance to fatigue and chemical agents.

General Recommendations
• Avoid dropping the pulley;

• NEVER use Roll D pulleys on steel cables;
• NEVER use Roll D pulleys on zip lines.
